Shares of industrial and transportation companies fell amid fears that the Federal Reserve would cease cutting interest rates.

The Fed's plans were thought to be in flux before Friday's data, which painted a picture of a surprisingly robust jobs market and rising inflation expectations.

Warehouse-automation firm Kion, which has partnered with Nvidia, said humanoid robots powered by artificial intelligence would likely change the industrial storage business, but cautioned the timing of the tech advances were uncertain.
