(Alliance News) - Webuild Spa announced that it had purchased 360,867 ordinary treasury shares, equal to 0.035% of the ordinary share capital, between November 17 and 21.
The average unit price was EUR3.18, for a total value of approximately EUR1.2 million.
Webuild sells 1.2% at EUR3.33 per share.
