(Alliance News) - Webuild Spa has announced the acquisition of 30,000 of its own ordinary shares.

The shares were purchased on November 14 at an average price of EUR3.2756 per share, for a total value of EUR98,267.34.

Following these transactions, the company now holds a total of 28.1 million treasury shares, representing approximately 2.8% of its share capital.

Webuild's stock is down 2.4%, trading at EUR3.22 per share.
