The Stockholm Stock Exchange opened Tuesday's trading session with a slight uptick, as a wave of quarterly reports triggered significant price swings among several major companies.

Among the heavyweights, technology trading company Indutrade and lock manufacturer Assa Abloy climbed on the back of their reports, while telecom operator Tele2 and forestry and garden product company Husqvarna declined after releasing their earnings.

After 30 minutes of trading, the OMXS30 index was up 0.26 percent at 2,743.23, having fluctuated between 0.00 percent and 0.30 percent during the morning. The broader OMXSPI index rose by 0.31 percent.
