Mr. Lalit Gupta is a seasoned banking and financial services leader with over 27 years of strategic experience across premier institutions including Axis Bank, Barclays, HDFC Bank, and SBI. He has consistently driven transformational growth in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Financing, while building high-performing teams and pioneering digital financing initiatives.
As Country Head Sales, Trade & SCF at Axis Bank, Lalit led one of India's top two SCF portfolios, spearheading structured trade and working capital solutions across diverse client segments. At Vayana Network, he scaled operations across India, the US, and Singapore, establishing a pan-India sales force and forging key partnerships with banks and NBFCs. He played a foundational role in setting up Barclays' Corporate & Investment Banking franchise in North and East India, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to global corporates and PSUs.
