Mr. Sandeep Jindal, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in strategic, operational, and business leadership, has a proven track record in NBFCs, securities, and capital markets. His expertise spans corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, capital raising, and business growth, with deep knowledge of RBI, SEBI, and MCA regulations.
