Banking giant Nordea is lowering several fixed mortgage rates for shorter maturities. The one-year rate is being reduced by 0.10 percentage points to 3.64 percent, while the two-year rate is being cut by 0.05 percentage points to 3.84 percent.

Rates for longer-term maturities remain unchanged since the last adjustment in March. The three-month rate stays at 3.99 percent.
