US-China Trade Talks 'Going Well': Commerce Secretary Lutnick

As delegations from the US and China begin a second day of trade talks, US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said things are "going well" and expects discussions to go "all day today." He spoke with Bloomberg's Annmarie Hordern outside Lancaster House in London.
