NAIROBI, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Kenya must work on the composition of its public debt in order to manage liabilities more efficiently, the nominee for finance minister in President William Ruto's reconstitution of government said on Saturday.
John Mbadi, an opposition lawmaker picked by Ruto in an attempt to prop up his administration after deadly protests in which more than 50 people were killed in the last two months, told a parliamentary vetting panel that "debt accountability" would be his top priority if confirmed to the role.
