(Alliance News) - Impianti Spa has announced the award of a project valued at approximately EUR 1.6 million for the development of control rooms and videowall systems by a leading Italian public entity active in the Defense sector. The contract is scheduled for execution between the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years.

As outlined in the tender, the project involves the refitting--namely, the design and construction--of several control rooms and videowalls at the main command headquarters.

Simone Lo Russo, founder and CEO of Impianti, stated: "This significant award is part of the development strategy we launched in 2022 with the creation of the Defense business unit. This unit reflects our commitment to evolving from business developers to creators of innovation in emerging technology sectors, such as advanced air mobility, where control rooms are and will increasingly become a critical hub for sustainable development."
