France issued 10 billion euros ($11.76 billion) in a new June 2037-dated green government bond, or OAT, via a bank syndicate on Tuesday, one of the lead manager banks said.
The transaction attracted more than 113 billion euros in demand, including 4.95 billion euros in joint lead-manager demand.
The spread on the bond was set at May 2036 OAT mid-yield plus 11 basis points.
The new bond has a 3.8% coupon, and it was priced at 99.106, at a yield of 3.899%, the same bank said.
Lead managers of the transaction are Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
