China Life Investment Management Company Limited announced that it will receive CNY 2,010,000,000 in funding on October 30, 2025. The company issue convertible preferred shares in the transaction. The transaction includes participation from new investors China Life Insurance Company Limited for CNY 2,000,000,000 and China Life Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 10,000,000.
The transaction has been approved by the board of the directors of the company. The company will charge a management fee at the fee rate of 0.2% per annum in respect of the investment and management services provided by it under the Equity Investment Plan.
