Ms. Tucker stated that she is resigning as Chair of the Board for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies, or practices. Ms. Tucker will remain on the Board and was elected as independent Lead Director effective August 1, 2025.
