AllY REIT Management Company Limited announced that ALLY has completed its acquisition of the additional assets in the T10 Project on 13 August 2025 on which date the sub-leasehold rights over land and the leasehold rights over buildings and constructions of T10 Project, have been completely registered at the relevant land offices and the ownership in the related movable assets and components used in the business operations of T10 Project has been transferred to ALLY. The total investment value for the acquisition is THB 14,684,160.00 (exclusive of registration fees, stamp duty, fees and other related expenses). The source of funds for the investment was from 100% Equity (Via Surplus Cash from Tenant's Deposits).

5947 located in Tambon Taladkuan, Amphoe Mueang), Nonthaburi; and Leasehold rights over buildings and other constructions, including other related components used in the business operation of T10 Project, which are owned by BSK and include two single-story reinforced concrete buildings used for commerce, restaurant and parking lot with an area of 2,397.25 square meters; and Ownership over other related movable assets used in the shopping center business operations of T10 Project owned by BSK.
