JP Morgan Chase has reported to the AMF that, on February 4, it indirectly crossed above the 5% threshold of Air France-KLM's share capital as a result of an off-market acquisition of shares in the Franco-Dutch airline.

The American investment bank specified that it now holds, indirectly through companies it controls, 13,703,346 Air France-KLM shares representing an equal number of voting rights, amounting to 5.19% of the share capital and 3.63% of the group's voting rights.
