Mr. MacKenzie previously was Senior VP & General Manager-Corporate Services at Medcan Health Management, Inc. and Senior Vice President-Absence Management Solutions at LifeWorks, Inc.

Mr. MacKenzie received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University.
